Acceptance

These terms apply to the fan app and website, the field operator app, the organizations’ panel and the data API of UltraScore, provided by [to be completed: legal name, CNPJ and address of the controller]. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

The service

We show results, statistics, lineups and standings of football matches. The data for each match is entered live by operators from the organizations responsible for the competitions.

The data is provided for information purposes only and may be subject to delays, errors or later corrections. The official result is always the one published by the organization running the competition.

UltraScore does not offer betting, odds or predictions, and its data must not be used for betting.

Fan account

The app and the website work without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any actions taken with it.

You can delete the account at any time, in the app or on the website, as described in the privacy policy.

Organizations, operators and panel

Access to the operator app and to the panel is granted by invitation from an organization, for the functions of the assigned role. Access is personal and may not be shared.

Operators undertake to record events faithfully to what happens on the pitch and to correct, through the app itself, anything they record incorrectly.

The organization declares that it holds the right to use the images, photos, crests and trademarks it uploads and is responsible for the origin of the data on athletes, coaching staff and referees, including the consent of the parents or legal guardians of athletes under 18.

Data API

API keys are issued through the panel, are valid only for the scopes granted and may be revoked. Anyone who receives a key is responsible for keeping it secure.

What is not allowed

• Collecting data in bulk by automated means outside the API, or circumventing usage limits.
• Attempting to access another organization’s data or other people’s accounts.
• Interfering with the operation of the service or entering false data.
• Using the service for illegal purposes or for betting.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, crests and images of clubs, competitions and athletes belong to their respective owners. The software, the design and the UltraScore brand belong to the controller.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and the data accurate, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to third-party failures. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the data displayed.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend the access of anyone who breaches these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account whenever you wish.

Changes and governing law

When these terms change, we will update the date below the title and let you know in the app and on the website if the change is significant.
